HP PRO Email template will helps revamp email templating system on OpenCart.
Pre Install
- Please follow pre install section here if you haven't proceed one before: https://hpwebdesign.io/pre-install
- After completing the above steps, you can proceed with the installation as follows:
NB: You can disable base theme modification after installation.
Installation.
1. Download .zip archives. You will get 2 types of files one with ocmod.zip extension that ready to upload and another .zip package that actually contains the .ocmod.zip along with some readme files.
You should see something like:
int.hp-pro-email-template.v1.2.2.2.ocmod.zip
and
HP PRO Email Template.v1.2.2.2.OC 3.0.x.x INT
-- You will need to extract this archive to get the ocmod.zip file.
2. Head to Extension:: Installer
- Then upload the .ocmod.zip file
3. Navigate to Extension : Extension : Filter for Module.
- Install and Edit the module
4. You will be asked for license

5. After successful installation you should see the following setting.
- Generate template
- Then enable the extension status. Hit save.
- You can try to place order and see your template changes
- Also you can change the template design on Design tab.
Troubleshooting
1. Email doesn't sent to customer
- Check your email setting: make sure it correct. Hare are complete article on how to setup email on OpenCart: https://hpwebdesign.io/blog/email-settings-opencart
- Test it by sending marketing email. Marketing :: Mail. Send to a customer email (Typically your own email). If you're receiving email: then the your email setting is correct.
- Otherwise: Your email setting is still issue or your had issue with your hosting. Contact hosting for help on email setting.
