HP Web Design has a 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure that HP Web Design customers can get 100% of their money invested if they are not satisfied with their purchase of HP Web Design products and services. As a developer and seller of digital items, customers MUST meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:

If any of the HP Web Design products is defective, does not work as described or the HP Web Design support team is unable to solve a customer problem, the customer is eligible for a full product refund.

Refunds WILL NOT apply if:

  • Customer has purchased the wrong product / not according to his needs
  • The product doesn't have features that customers think it would be better if there were
  • The product doesn't work and the customer has never contacted the HP Web Design Team for support.
    • Note that: HP Web Design should be allowed to do any necessary technical support. Eg: Might need for admin and or FTP account.
  • The product does not support the e-commerce customer version
  • The product does not support the customer's e-commerce platform
  • Customers purchase products for more than 30 days from the date of purchase
